how to change yourself
Change yourself.....but... not for others, but for yourself.
Have you ever notice or feel something bad for you that sometimes
" people make use of you and after getting their work done they leave you like your nothing "
And sometimes " people bully you "
Or "Your not able to complete your work on time"
You know these things used to happen to me very often but not now ,because now they know that I'm not an easy person...
In this blog "change yourself" doesn't mean to become a person that people wants you to control you..
"Change yourself" means to "be yourself"
We have got only one life and we should not let others to control it (except you parents because they always mean good for you)
Because it's your life and you've got all rights to live your life happily and how you want...
To change yourself
Firstly to change yourself first be yourself know who are you
And ask yourself that why they bully you, why you're not able to do what you want to ,why.........?....
And then promise yourself that you'll not be the person which you used to be, you'll become the strongest person
For that you need- "self confidence" and a "strong mindset"
Self confidence
When we think about self confidence the first thing comes in our mind is "clothing"
To make yourself confident there's no need to change your dressing style wear whatever you want, next thing is your "posture"
You need to keep a good posture
now "eye contact" which is like cherry on top
In any conversation you need to keep eye contact to make the person in front of you think that your confident about the thing you're talking about, and you're a reliable person
Eye contacts makes the person in front of you to trust you
And "speak" it also depends on the way you speak
So, have a conversation with open mind, control yourself and the nervousness...
Strong mindset
For having a strong mindset do exercises (like cardio, pilates..etc.) and meditation which is also good for control your breath ,mind ,heart and your whole body
And have dark chocolate in your which also helps you to keep calm.
